One of the best parts about #DoorCounty is you can always find #LakePerch on a menu somewhere regardless of the day or time...breakfast, lunch, dinner, Monday, Thursday, Saturday, you name it you can find it.
This was my Tuesday night #PerchBasket from the AC Tap, and it was superb. The four butterflies were kissed by a light and flavorful breading that enabled them to fly effortlessly from their friendly confines through my eager gullet. 😋
Plenty of crisp shoestring fries offset the supple fish nicely, while the bold tartar sauce took the flaky finsters to new heights. The slaw was also quite good, but I'd had enough #CloserEverywhere by that point that whatever it was that made it good didn't stick in my mind.
For $16.50 this is a heck of a deal in and I'll keep it fresh in my mind the next time we peruse the peninsula.
