Comment: This got devoured. The single piece of walleye had a nice light breading and good flavor. Standard shoestring fries, near-perfect tartar, horseradish slaw, and a pre-buttered slice of marble rye cut in half and slapped face-2-face all did their parts. While it wasn’t the double perch I was hoping for it was a nice consolation prize nonetheless. Good fish over here by the lake.
