Comment: This was a quick dinner with some friedsn who were in town before the Wisconsin / ASU Men's Hockey game.

I splurged on the $16 bluegill with a side of potato pancakes and chunky apple compote (the compote is $2.50 extra, but well worth it). These bluegills were husky, and while it made me think I was potentially dealing with a different sunfish, they were still plenty tasty. The potato pancakes were homemade and fried to a crisp. While they didn't have the flavor profile I remembered, they were still flavorful and easy to dunk in the chucky apple sauce. The dill was dialed up a notch in the tartar, but didn't get overbearing. The slaw was just slaw, but the real rye was a nice addition and definitely not an afterthought.
